When Mark Webber crashed out of the Korean Grand Prix on the 19th lap just two laps after racing actually got under way without the safety car on track his lead on the 2010 Formula One World Championship was under threat.
Initially it looked as though his team mate Sebastian Vettel was set to take the lead in the championship untill his Engine expired with just a few laps left in the race. Leaving Fernando Alonso leading the Korean Grand Prix ahead of Lewis Hamilton in the McLaren and the Ferrari of team mate Felipe Massa.
With just two races in the 2010 Season left to go, gaining maximum points from Korea has allowed Fernando Alonso to claim the lead in the Drivers Championship overtaking Webber by just 11 points. With 50 points still available any of the top 5 drivers are still mathematically capable of winning although in reality it will most likely come down to a fight between Alonso, Webber, Vettel and Hamilton.

While the Korean Grand Prix results have made big changes in the Drivers Championship, Red Bull Racing remains in the lead of the Constructors Championship, although with reduced margin. Ferrari have made big gains over the last few races but still remain in 3rd place behind McLaren and Red Bull. Any of these top three teams can still win the Constructors Championship.

Just two weeks to go until the penultimate race at the Interlagos Circuit in Sao Paulo, Brazil, will MArk Webber be able to fight back and retake the lead, or will it come down to a fight between Alonso and Vettel, or maybe Hamilton or even Button can win to keep in the race for the title.
