The first ever Formula One Korean Grand Prix will take place this weekend at the brand new Yeongam InternationaL Circuit.

After weeks of doubt about the readiness of the track it was finally announced just two weeks ago during the Japanese Grand Prix race weekend that the Korean Grand Prix would take place as originally scheduled

In the US Speed Channel will be broadcasting Friday Practice, Saturday Qualifying and the Sunday GP. Just remember that because of the international date line this means that in the US these events will actually be broadcast live starting Thursday and ending On Saturday with a repeat of the race broadcast on Sunday.
